CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — No Driver-Facing Cameras

Our company is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers, solo or team, to run LTL freight with appointed deliveries. This family-owned carrier has been in business for 26 years and does not use driver-facing cameras.

Pay

• Wage range of $1,500.00 to $2,000.00 per week, with realistic earnings of $2,000 or more weekly

• Team drivers earn $1 per mile; solo drivers earn $.62 to $.67 per mile

• Effective rate up to 80 CPM once accessorial pay and bonuses are included

• All practical miles paid, both loaded and empty

• Top earners bring in $100,000 or more a year as W2 company drivers

• $15.00 per drop and $35.00 per pickup

• $500 paid orientation at the New Jersey terminal, with orientations held weekly

• $400 monthly mileage bonus

• Clean DOT inspection bonuses: $100 for Level 1, $75 for Level 2, $50 for Level 3

• $80.00 per diem paid as non-taxable income

• $5,000 referral bonus for sending new hires to Elite ($1,000 at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days, $3,000 at 6 months)

What you'll haul

• LTL freight with every delivery appointed

• Steady, consistent runs covering 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week

• You'll keep the same dispatcher for every assignment

• Newer trucks: Kenworth T-680, Volvo VNL-860, and Peterbilt 579

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A

• At least 23 years old

• Minimum of 6 months of Class A driving experience

• Hazmat endorsement required

• Tanker endorsement required (for totes, not trailers)
