About this job
Our company is looking for full-time W-2 solo drivers near Philadelphia, PA to run dry van freight over the road across the lower 48, dispatched out of the Greensboro terminal. You'll get newer trucks, steady miles and your weekends off for your 34-hour reset.
Pay
- Experienced drivers typically earn between $1,750 and $2,000 a week, based on $0.71 per mile.
- Drivers coming back to OTR after time off can start on a guaranteed flat refresher rate of $1,200 a week while getting back up to speed.
Home time
- Your schedule is built around getting you home every weekend for your 34-hour reset.
What you'll haul
- Dry van freight moving throughout the contiguous 48 states.
- Loads are preloaded or drop-and-hook, so you won't be touching freight.
Equipment
- New 2025 and 2026 Freightliner tractors, each with a sleeper APU, power inverter and refrigerator.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A.
- At least one year of OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience in the last two years, that can be verified.
- A clean record of professional, safety-focused driving.
- You'll run daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep your ELD logs accurate and HOS-compliant.
