About this job
Our company is looking for full-time, W-2 solo drivers to run dry van freight over the road out of its Cincinnati, Ohio terminal. You'll run 48-state lanes with newer equipment and a guaranteed weekend reset.
Pay
- Experienced drivers can expect average weekly pay of $1,750 to $2,000, based on a rate of $0.71 per mile.
- Drivers coming back from time off qualify for a flat refresher rate of $1,200 per week while easing back into OTR driving.
Home time
- Your schedule is built around a guaranteed 34-hour reset at home every weekend.
What you'll haul
- Dry van freight on national 48-state lanes.
- Freight is preloaded or drop-and-hook, so you won't be loading or unloading by hand.
Equipment
- You'll drive new 2025 and 2026 Freightliner trucks fitted with sleeper APUs, power inverters, and refrigerators.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A.
- At least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in OTR or regional driving within the past two years.
- A professional attitude and solid focus on highway safety.
- Daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and accurate ELD hours-of-service logging are part of the job.
