About this job
Our company is looking for full-time W-2 company drivers to run dry van freight over the road across the 48 states, dispatching out of the Youngstown, Ohio terminal. This solo driving role comes with new equipment and a schedule built around getting you home every weekend.
Pay
- Experienced drivers can average $1,750 to $2,000 per week, paid at $0.71 per mile.
- Drivers returning to OTR work after a break can start on a guaranteed flat refresher rate of $1,200 per week.
Home time
- You're guaranteed to be home every weekend for your 34-hour reset.
What you'll haul
- Dry van freight moving through national 48-state lanes.
- Freight is preloaded or drop-and-hook, so there's no touch freight to load or unload yourself.
Equipment
- New 2025 and 2026 Freightliner trucks.
- Sleepers come with APUs, power inverters and refrigerators.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least one year of OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the past two years, that can be verified.
- A professional attitude and solid focus on safe driving.
- You'll handle pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your rig daily and keep your ELD hours-of-service logs accurate and compliant.
