About this job
Our company is looking for full-time, W-2 solo company drivers out of Champaign, Illinois to run dry van freight over the road across the 48 states. You'll get newer equipment, steady miles, and weekends off at home.
Pay
- Experienced drivers typically earn $1,750 to $2,000 per week, based on $0.71 per mile.
- Drivers coming back to OTR after time off can get a guaranteed flat $1,200 per week during a refresher pay phase.
Home time
- You're guaranteed to be home every weekend for your 34-hour reset, so your schedule stays predictable.
What you'll haul
- Dry van freight across all 48 states, mostly preloaded or drop-and-hook so you're not touching the freight yourself.
- You'll do standard pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your truck each day and keep your hours of service logged correctly on the ELD.
Equipment
- Newer 2025 and 2026 Freightliners, each set up with a sleeper APU, power inverter and refrigerator.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A.
- At least one year of OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience in the last two years.
- A clean safety record and professional driving habits.
