CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Home Every Weekend, $10,000 Retention Bonus

DTS is looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers for OTR runs with guaranteed weekends off. The company also has a separate local position based in Davenport, IA, plus a lease purchase option for drivers who want to run their own truck.

Pay

• Starting pay from $0.62 per mile, with all miles paid whether loaded or empty

• Guaranteed pay starting your very first week

• Extra pay available for additional stops, detention, layovers, and breakdowns

• $10,000 retention bonus for a limited time

• $5,000 bonus if you refer another driver

• The Davenport, IA local role starts at $0.62 cpm plus a $0.03 cpm safety bonus, paid out every January and July

Home time

• OTR drivers are home every weekend, with a minimum of 36 hours off

• Need different days off instead? They'll work with you if you ask

• The Davenport position is home daily, but you need to live within 45 miles of Davenport, IA

What you'll haul

• Freight is 100% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook

• You'll drive International LTs or Kenworth T-680s, both running Cummins engines

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 2 years of OTR driving experience

Lease purchase option

• Choose from 2018 and 2020 Cummins-powered International Pro Stars or 2020 Kenworth T-680s, all with 72-inch walk-in sleepers in single or double bunk setups, with roughly 400,000 to 600,000 miles and a passed federal DOT inspection

• No down payment needed, with a walk-away lease and no balloon payment at the end

• Terms run 3 or 4 years, with total costs between $50,000 and $75,000 at 9.5% interest, and weekly payments from $368.64 up to $443.74

• Maintenance is covered for a flat $0.13 per mile, no matter what needs fixing

• Lease drivers get paid for all dispatched miles, loaded or empty, and receive the company's full fuel discount

DTS is also giving away a Lincoln MKZ to one driver this year.
