About this job
Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A OTR drivers to haul direct customer freight, with your choice of pay rate and time-off schedule. Loads are mostly drop and hook, with no broker loads and no NYC freight.
Pay
- Annual gross pay ranges from $55,000 to $85,000
- Pick the combination that suits you: $0.55 CPM with weekends off (48 hours), $0.60 CPM with weekday home time, or $0.65 CPM running 12 days on followed by 48 hours off on a weekday
- Per diem pay is included
Home time
You can choose from several home time setups built around your lifestyle, ranging from regular weekends off to longer stretches on the road for higher pay.
What you'll haul
Loads come straight from customers rather than brokers, so you won't run brokered freight. Most of the work is drop and hook, and routes exclude New York City.
Equipment & orientation
- Trucks are 2023 or newer Peterbilt 579 models
- Orientation runs 2.5 days in Roaring Spring, PA, and pays $500
- our company covers and arranges your travel and lodging, including a private hotel room and meals during orientation
- Orientation is taught by current our company drivers, and you'll get to meet your recruiter, driver manager, and company leadership
- A passenger rider program is available starting your first day
Terminals
Our company operates terminals in Roaring Spring, PA; Carlisle, PA; Chester, VA; Eden, NC; Albany, GA; Cartersville, GA; Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH; and Mount Juliet, TN. Each location offers secure parking, free laundry, clean showers, break rooms, maintenance, wash bays, and fuel.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 6 months of recent OTR experience with a CDL-A
- A secure spot to park your truck and trailer at home, or access to terminal parking
- If you've previously violated DOT drug and alcohol rules, you must finish the Substance Abuse Professional program before applying
