CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Choose Your Pay & Home Time

Our company is looking for experienced OTR drivers to run direct customer freight, with your pick of pay rate and home time schedule. You'll drive newer equipment and skip the broker loads entirely.

Pay

• Annual gross pay ranges from $55,000 to $85,000

• Per diem pay included

• Pick the combo that fits you: $0.55 CPM with weekends off (48 hours), $0.60 CPM with weekday home time, or $0.65 CPM running 12 days on with 48 hours off on weekdays

Home time

• Several home time setups to choose from, listed above under pay

What you'll haul

• Freight comes straight from customers, never through brokers

• Mostly drop and hook loads

• No NYC runs

• Riders are welcome from your first day on the job

Equipment

• Fleet runs 2023-and-newer Peterbilt 579 trucks

Orientation

• Paid $500, runs 2.5 days in Roaring Spring, PA

• our company books and covers your travel and hotel, and you'll get your own room

• Meals are covered during orientation

• Current our company drivers teach the classes

• You'll be introduced to your recruiter, driver manager, and company leadership

• Mount Juliet, TN

Each terminal offers secure parking, free laundry, clean showers, break rooms, maintenance, wash bays, and fuel.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Hold a valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of recent OTR experience with a CDL-A

• A secure spot to park your truck and trailer at home, or access to terminal parking

• If you've had a DOT drug or alcohol violation, you must finish the Substance Abuse Professional program before applying
