CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — 3-4 Weeks Out, 5 Days Home

Our company needs CDL-A solo and team company drivers to move Dry Van and Amazon trailers across all of the lower 48. This carrier has been running for 3 years and keeps drivers loaded with steady miles on a set home time schedule.

Pay

• Solo: 0.70-0.75 CPM with 4,000+ miles weekly, which runs about $2,000-$4,000+ a week

• Teams: 0.80-0.95 CPM on every mile, loaded or empty, covering 5,000-7,000 miles weekly for roughly $4,000-$8,000 combined

• Got your own team partner already? That pay starts at 0.85 CPM

• Extra pay: loyalty bonuses at the 1, 3 and 6 month marks, a bonus for weeks over 4,500 miles, plus a sign-on bonus and a referral bonus. A flight ticket is included too.

Home time

Expect 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 5 days at home. Some flexible scheduling may be possible.

What you'll haul

You'll run Dry Van trailers, including Amazon freight, in newer equipment — 2024-and-up Freightliner, Volvo and International tractors paired with 2026 Dry Van trailers that come with a fridge and inverter.

Requirements

• Class A CDL

• Minimum 6 months behind the wheel (2 years is preferred)

• A clean record — no SAP program history, no DUIs

• Legally able to work in the United States

• Heads up: this is a 1099 contractor position, not a W-2 job
