CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $28.02–$55.74/hr

Our company, Inc in Orlando, FL is looking for a CDL-A driver to handle over-the-road freight. You'll work with a mix of equipment, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers and refrigerated trailers.

Pay

• $28.02 - $55.74 per hour

What you'll haul

• A range of freight types including refrigerated loads, hazmat and other dangerous goods, plus flatbed and tanker shipments

• You'll load and unload cargo by hand and make sure it's secured properly for the road

What the job involves

• Driving manual or automatic transmission trucks on OTR routes while following FMCSA and DOT rules

• Planning and adjusting routes using GPS to keep deliveries on schedule

• Running pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including hazmat-related safety checks

• Logging your hours, deliveries and cargo paperwork accurately

• Working with the logistics team to coordinate pickups, drop-offs and documentation across multiple stops

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with solid commercial driving experience

• Comfortable loading and unloading freight across different trailer types

• Able to navigate using GPS for route planning

• Qualified to transport hazardous materials under applicable regulations

• Experience driving manual transmission tractor-trailers

• Understanding of DOT hours-of-service, load securement and safety rules
