About this job
Our company needs experienced CDL-A OTR drivers to run freight across the United States, hauling flatbed and/or dry van loads.
Pay
- You earn 27% of weekly gross revenue, so your paycheck depends on the loads, miles, and your own performance.
- Typical weekly pay runs $2,000.00 - $3,000.00, though actual earnings vary week to week.
- Freight and miles are steady.
What you'll haul
- Flatbed and/or dry van freight, running OTR throughout the United States.
- You're responsible for securing loads correctly when running flatbed equipment.
What the job involves
- Driving a Class A tractor-trailer safely across the country.
- Doing pre-trip and post-trip inspections every time.
- Keeping your ELD and logbook entries accurate and up to date.
- Staying compliant with DOT and FMCSA rules.
- Staying in touch with dispatch about pickups, deliveries, and any problems on the road.
- Taking care of your truck and equipment.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- A clean, safe driving history.
- OTR experience is preferred.
- Able to meet DOT qualification standards.
- Dependable, professional, and a solid communicator with dispatch.
This position is based on the road, not in a fixed location.
