CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $25.00–$30.00/hr

We're looking for a CDL-A driver to run over-the-road routes hauling a mix of freight, including refrigerated goods, flatbed and tanker loads, and hazmat shipments. You'll be responsible for safe, on-time deliveries while keeping the trucks and paperwork in order.

Pay

• $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

What you'll haul

• Mixed freight types: refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, hazardous materials and other specialized loads

• You'll load, secure and unload cargo using proper handling methods

What the job involves

• Drive tractor-trailers on OTR routes in line with FMCSA and DOT rules

• Plan routes with GPS tools to hit delivery windows and manage fuel use

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Keep delivery logs, reports and paperwork accurate and current

• Stay in contact with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery times and handle route changes

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record

• Solid background in commercial truck driving, including delivery and route work

• Comfortable handling refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers and hazmat loads

• Able to use GPS systems for navigation and trip planning

• Can operate a manual transmission and handle freight by hand safely

• Working knowledge of FMCSA, DOT and hazmat rules for trucking

• Experience loading and unloading freight

• Strong safety habits, reliable timing and good customer communication
