CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $2,000–$4,000+/Week, Home Every 3-4 Weeks

Our company LLC is looking for CDL-A solo and team drivers to run dry van and Amazon freight across all 48 contiguous states. The fleet has been operating for 3 years, offering dedicated freight, steady miles, and round-the-clock support.

Pay

• Solo drivers: $2,000-$4,000+ per week, paid at $0.68-$0.75 CPM

• Team drivers average $4,000-$8,000 per week, paid at $0.80-$0.95 CPM on all miles, loaded and empty

• Teams who bring their own partner start at $0.85 CPM, empty and loaded

• Solo drivers typically run 4,000+ miles weekly; teams run 5,000-7,000 miles weekly

Bonuses

• Loyalty bonuses paid at 1, 3, and 6 months on the job

• Extra bonus for drivers hitting 4,500+ miles in a week

• Sign-on bonus and referral bonus available

• Flight ticket provided

Home time

• Routes run 3-4 weeks OTR with 5 days home between trips

• Some flexible scheduling options available

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight, including Amazon loads

• Equipment includes 2024-and-newer Freightliner, Volvo, and International trucks with fridge, inverter, and other amenities

• 2026 dry van trailers, kept clean and well maintained

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of driving experience (2 years preferred)

• Clean driving record, no SAP and no DUI history

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Reliable, professional attitude

• New CDL-A drivers are welcome; team drivers also needed, and the company can help match you with a teammate
