CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,900–$2,500/Week

Our company needs a CDL-A driver for over-the-road runs, hauling refrigerated trailers and flatbeds in a 2019 Kenworth T680 with a full sleeper cabin and APU. You'll be out 2-3 weeks at a stretch with 3 days home between runs, and dispatch handles finding your loads.

Pay

• $1,900.00 to $2,500.00 per week

• Earnings scale with how much you drive

Home time

• 2-3 weeks on the road, then 3 days home

What you'll haul

• Tractor-trailer freight including refrigerated trailers and flatbeds

• Some dry van and power-only loads

What the job involves

• Running OTR routes while staying within FMCSA and DOT rules

• Mapping out routes and delivery timing with GPS tools

• Loading, unloading and securing cargo by hand

• Checking the truck over before and after each trip

• Logging your hours, deliveries and inspections

• Keeping dispatch updated on route changes or delays

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 2 years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience

• Clean driving record: no moving violations, no preventable accidents, no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years

• Clean PSP report with no drug or alcohol flags in the FMCSA Clearinghouse

• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and carry a current DOT medical card

• Comfortable being out 2-3 weeks at a time

• Reliable, professional, and communicates load status clearly

• Flatbed experience preferred; manual transmission experience a plus

• Your MVR will be checked
