CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,800–$2,400/Week

Our company in Upper Marlboro, MD needs a dependable CDL-A driver for an OTR position running a 53' dry van. You'll haul dry van freight across state lines while keeping the truck, trailer and paperwork in good order.

Pay

• $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per week

• 2009 Freightliner Cascadia paired with a 53' dry van trailer

• Dry van freight only

What you'll do

• Drive interstate/OTR routes for safe, on-time pickups and deliveries

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Keep ELD and logbook entries accurate and up to date

• Stay organized with BOLs, PODs, fuel receipts and other trip paperwork

• Stay in touch with dispatch about pickups, deliveries, delays or problems

• Deal professionally with brokers, shippers, receivers and customers

• Follow DOT/FMCSA rules, including Hours of Service limits

• Flag any mechanical issues right away

• Keep the truck and trailer clean and well cared for

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A

• Clean driving record

• Comfortable with interstate/OTR driving

• Experience with 53' dry van trailers preferred

• Dependable, punctual and safety-focused
