CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,558–$1,923/wk, No-Touch Freight

Our company is looking for OTR CDL-A drivers to run consistent freight in newer automatic trucks. Most drivers cover 2,500–3,000 miles per week hauling no-touch reefer loads, with weekly pay and flexible home time.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,558–$1,923, depending on miles driven

• Paid for every dispatched mile, loaded or empty

• Weekly pay with a guaranteed weekly minimum

• Monthly performance bonuses

• Extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns and additional pickups/drops

• Unlimited bonus for driver referrals

• Earn an extra 3 CPM for your first 12 months by attending orientation, plus another 1 CPM if you start within 10 days of submitting your complete application

Home time

• Midwest-based drivers are home every 10-14 days

• Drivers in other areas are out for 2-3 weeks at a time

What you'll haul

• 100% no-touch freight, mostly reefer loads

• Food-grade items, consumer packaged goods, paper goods, household items, chemicals, and alcohol/tobacco products

Equipment

• 2022 or newer Peterbilt 579 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks

• Automatic transmissions

• APU, inverter, Bluetooth, mini fridge, and double bunks

• On-site maintenance support

• Passengers and pets are welcome in the cab

Orientation

• Paid orientation, with a $500 bonus paid out after your first week on the job

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of recent CDL-A driving experience

• Minimum age 21

• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

• No DUI or DWI within the last 12 months

• No preventable DOT accidents or serious violations in the last 12 months

• Must meet all DOT/FMCSA qualification standards
