CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,350-$1,750/Week

Our company, a two-time TCA Elite Fleet carrier, is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers for dependable, drop-and-hook routes with modern trucks and steady weekly pay.

Pay

• Weekly pay runs $1,350-$1,750, which works out to about $70,200-$91,500+ per year

• A guaranteed minimum pay applies

• You could pick up extra pay for detention ($0 to $160 per 24-hour period), bad weather ($0 to $150 per day), and layovers ($0 to $150 per day)

• Refer another driver and you may earn up to $2,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you can refer

• A hiring bonus is offered

• Pay and home time depend on your hiring area and specific route, so ask a recruiter for the details that apply to you

What you'll haul

• Freight is drop-and-hook, meaning more miles and less time sitting around waiting

• Marten uses Drivewyze, which helps you avoid delays and move through routes faster

Equipment

• Trucks are late-model and equipped with APUs, automatic transmissions and inverters

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving

• At least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience with a single carrier, completed after your training

• Comfortable working and communicating with others
