CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,300–$1,500/Week, Paid Training for New Grads

Our company is looking for both new CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers for over-the-road routes out of Charlottesville, VA. You'll run long-haul freight with steady miles and get support from dispatch along the way.

Pay

• Earn $1,300 to $1,500 per week

• Average 2,500 to 3,200 miles weekly

Home time

• 2 weeks out on the road, then 2 days home

What you'll do

• Run a Class A tractor trailer on long-haul lanes

• Do all required pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Get loads delivered safely and on time

• Keep your logs and paperwork accurate

• Stay in regular contact with dispatch and driver managers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years old

• New grads: CDL school certificate showing at least 120 hours of training

• Experienced applicants: at least 6 months of OTR or regional driving experience

• Clean driving record and background check

• Must pass a DOT drug screening

New drivers

• If you're a recent grad, you'll go through paid orientation and paid OTR training riding with a driver mentor
