CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $0.65 CPM All Miles

Our company, a Texas-based carrier, is hiring an experienced CDL-A driver for a nationwide OTR run hauling no-touch dry van freight in a 2024 Freightliner Cascadia.

Pay

• $0.65 per mile for both loaded and empty miles

• Gross pay typically runs $1,625–$2,275 weekly, depending on 2,500–3,500 paid miles

• $20 per hour in detention after the first 2 hours

• $180 per day if the truck breaks down

• Paid weekly every Friday by direct deposit, as a W-2 employee

Home time

• Expect 14 days on the road followed by 2 days at home

• No relocation needed — our company flies you to your assigned truck

What you'll haul

• 53-foot dry van, fully no-touch

• Truck is a 2024 Freightliner Cascadia with a 72-inch sleeper, automatic transmission, APU, Opti-Idle, and an onboard fridge

• Fuel card, fuel discounts, and tolls covered by the company

• ELD equipped, but no driver-facing camera

• Riders aren't allowed; pets may be approved case by case

Requirements

• Class A CDL

• At least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience

• A clean driving record that meets the company's insurance standards

• No DUIs in the last 5 years

• Valid DOT medical card

• Comfortable working within hours-of-service rules
