CDL-A OTR Team Lease Driver — Keep 85% Gross, Home Every 3 Weeks

Run dedicated OTR team routes in a leased truck, hauling no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. This is a 1099 independent contractor lease program, not a standard driving job, with a flat weekly truck fee and the rest of the revenue going to your team.

Pay

• You keep 85% of gross revenue; the flat weekly truck fee is the only deduction from that split

• Typical team earnings run $15,000.00-$18,000.00 per week

• Settlements are paid weekly

• Classified as 1099 independent contractor

• Fuel, tolls, and permits are covered by the company

What comes out of your pay

• Truck lease fee: $1,000/week, fixed

• Cargo and liability coverage: $400/week

• ELD/tech fee: $65/week

• Trailer use: no charge

• Lease-to-rent or lease-to-own options available for teams

• No forced dispatch

• Trailer included with the lease at no extra cost

• Home every 3 weeks

• Brand-new 2027 Volvo tractors

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Clean motor vehicle record and current DOT medical card; must meet all DOT standards

• At least 21 years old

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• This posting is for established teams; teams open to leasing to rent or to own are welcome
