CDL-A OTR Team Driver — Up to $3,850/Week

Our company is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers, both solo and team, to run dry-van freight across a 32-state network. Several pay structures are available depending on your setup and experience, and this is a 1099 contract position.

Pay

Team drivers can choose from several pay options: up to $1.10 CPM for teams with 2+ years of CDL-A experience and a clean record (up to $3,850 per driver weekly, based on experience), 35% of gross revenue for qualified teams who pick their own loads and get rate confirmations, or a fixed salary of up to $2,700 per week (2+ years of experience required, terms apply). Solo drivers can choose 75 cents per mile (limited spots) or 30% of gross revenue, with a minimum of 2 years of CDL-A experience. Owner-operators and lease team operators pay just a 12% dispatch fee. If you bring in your latest settlement or paystub, the company will match your current rate and add 5 CPM on top, regardless of your experience level. Spanish-speaking recruiters are available (ask for Jenis). Overall pay ranges from $2,000.00 to $3,850.00 per week, paid by weekly direct deposit.

What you'll haul

You'll run dry-van, lightweight freight across 32 states. Mountain states are excluded from the network: CO, MT, WY, UT, NV, ID, ND, SD, NE, KS, IA, ME, and New York City. Routes through WA, OR, and CA are optional, based on your preference. There's no forced dispatch.

Equipment

Owner-operators and lease team operators drive Freightliner trucks under a walk-away lease with no obligation to purchase. Freight is steady dry-van work.

Requirements

• Lead team driver: at least 12 months of CDL-A experience

• Co-driver on a team: at least 3 months of CDL-A experience

• Solo driver: at least 2 years of CDL-A experience

• No DUI or reckless driving on your record

• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 3 years

• Must pass a road test and a DOT drug test
