CDL-A OTR Team Driver — Up to $3,850/Week

Our company is looking for CDL-A team drivers for OTR runs, with several pay options to choose from and a guarantee to match your current rate. This is a 1099 contract role hauling dry van freight across a 32-state network.

Pay

• Pay match guarantee: bring your latest settlement or paystub and they'll match your current rate plus add 5 CPM, regardless of experience

• Mileage pay option: up to $1.10 CPM with 2+ years of CDL-A experience and a clean record, which can add up to $3,850 per driver per week depending on experience

• Revenue-share option: qualified teams can earn 35% of gross revenue, choosing their own loads and rate confirmations - suited to drivers aiming to become owner-operators

• Fixed salary option: up to $2,700 per week for drivers with 2+ years of CDL-A experience (terms and conditions apply)

• Overall weekly pay range: $2,400.00 to $3,850.00

What you'll haul

• Dry van, lightweight freight

• Operating area covers 32 states

• No dispatch into mountain states: CO, MT, WY, UT, NV, ID, ND, SD, NE, KS, IA, ME, or New York City

• WA, OR and CA are optional, based on driver preference

• No forced dispatch

Requirements

• Lead team driver: at least 12 months of CDL-A experience

• Co-driver: at least 3 months of CDL-A experience

• No DUI or reckless driving history

• No more than one preventable accident in the last 3 years

• Must pass a road test and DOT drug screening
