CDL-A OTR Team Driver — $2,400 Guaranteed Weekly or $0.85 CPM

Atlantic Cargo needs experienced CDL-A team drivers for over-the-road runs covering all 48 states. You'll haul no-touch freight, mostly drop and hook, in newer trucks, with two pay structures to pick from.

Pay

• Option 1: $2,400 guaranteed per driver each week for up to 6,500 miles, then $0.80 for every mile beyond that

• Option 2: $0.85 CPM per team, paid on all miles driven

• Deposited weekly straight to your account, under 1099 status

• Weekly deduction of $49 for occupational insurance

Home time

Expect roughly 4 weeks out on the road followed by 5 days at home.

What you'll haul

• Freightliner Cascadia trucks, model years 2024 to 2026, all automatics

• No-touch loads, mostly drop and hook

• Routes span the full 48 states

Bonuses

• A sign-on bonus is available; ask the recruiters for the amount

• Bonuses for clean DOT inspections: $100, $200, or $500

• Refer a driver and earn $500 up front, then an extra $50 weekly

Orientation

You'll complete orientation and pick up your truck in Orlando, Florida. The company covers half your travel cost getting there.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 6 months of verifiable OTR driving experience (1 year listed separately as required)

• Clean driving record and work history

• Able to communicate in basic English

• Open to running with a co-driver as a team

• Must have fully completed SAP
