CDL-A OTR Team Driver — $1,700–$2,200/wk Avg + $7,500 Sign-On

Our company is looking for a CDL-A team driver to run OTR hauling acetylene coast to coast, with occasional runs into Canada. You'll unload product at customer sites, and the job comes with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Pay

• Weekly gross averages $1,700-$2,200+ per week

• Paid weekly

• Monthly and quarterly incentive bonuses on top of base pay

• $7,500 sign-on bonus

Home time

• Expect 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 1 week at home

What you'll haul

• Acetylene, delivered coast to coast with occasional trips into Canada

• You're responsible for unloading the product once you reach the customer

Equipment

• 2025 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission

Requirements

• Class A CDL with at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience

• X endorsement

• Experience driving in winter and mountain conditions

• Clean record: no disqualifying tickets or accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol violations

• A safety-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Keep up with DOT rules and company safety protocols

• Complete full pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Watch for maintenance issues and report them promptly

• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
