CDL-A OTR Team Driver — $0.90 CPM, $2,025–$2,475+ Weekly

Logistic Links Corp needs CDL-A team drivers for OTR runs hauling FedEx freight, dispatching out of their Independence, KY 41051 terminal. You'll run high miles in newer sleeper trucks with consistent dedicated and flexible routes.

Pay

• $0.90 CPM

• $2,025-$2,475+ average weekly earnings per driver

• $1,500 weekly guarantee in case qualifying runs are cancelled or not dispatched

• $66/day per diem

• $550 safety bonus paid every 4 months

• Paid weekly

Miles and routes

• 4,500-5,500 miles per week

• All teams dispatch from Independence, KY 41051

• Dedicated loop: Independence, KY to Port St. Lucie, FL to Savannah, GA and back to Independence, KY

• Other FedEx freight may route through Ocala, FL and additional locations depending on availability

Schedule

• Full-time OTR team role

• Runs generally start Tuesday morning and finish Saturday night or Sunday morning, about 4-5 days out

• You can choose to stay out longer, 2-3 weeks, for more earnings

• Dispatch usually falls between 3:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and you'll need flexibility around freight and route timing

Equipment

• 2024-2025 Freightliner Cascadia sleepers built for team OTR work

• You should be ready for long stretches on the road sharing the cab with a co-driver

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• 1 full year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years

• Doubles endorsement needed before you start; training provided if you don't have it yet

• Must meet DOT and FedEx requirements

• Comfortable working as part of a two-person team on OTR runs
