CDL-A OTR Team Driver — $0.67 CPM, Up to $3,000+/Week

Our company Inc. is looking for experienced CDL-A team drivers for a high-mileage, long-distance OTR operation that keeps trucks moving with little downtime.

Pay

• Paid $0.67 per mile per driver

• Strong weeks can bring the truck to roughly 8,000–9,000 total miles, with each driver logging about 4,000–4,500 paid miles

• That mileage could translate to around $2,680–$3,015 gross per driver in a strong week

• Deposited weekly

• Note: actual miles and pay depend on freight, routing, resets and weather

What you'll haul

• Dedicated team freight moving long distances between the company's hubs in the Southeast, Midwest and West Coast

• Shorter rotations run about 5,200–5,500 truck miles; longer ones run about 7,800–9,000 miles

• Routes and swap points can shift with freight volume and operational needs

• Mostly drop and hook, with preloaded trailers when possible to cut down on wait time

• Paid hotel stay if your reset happens away from your home terminal

Requirements

• At least 12 months of recent, verifiable CDL-A experience

• Valid Class A CDL and current medical card

• At least 23 years old

• Reasonably clean driving record and PSP, no serious violations in the past 36 months, no DUI in the past 5 years

• Clear of the FMCSA Clearinghouse

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and meet FMCSA/company safety standards

• Ready for high-mileage team driving
