CDL-A OTR Tanker Driver — Average $145k/Year

Our company is looking for a Class A tanker driver to haul cryogenic industrial gases like liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, CO2 and hydrogen from Poca, WV on over-the-road runs. This role involves deliveries to our company customer sites, including some government facilities that require background checks and extra security clearance.

What you'll do

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues

• Drop and hook trailers as needed

• Hook up and remove transfer hoses, handling cryogenic tanks and fittings safely

• Watch pressure and temperature readings while unloading to keep things safe

• Follow all safety steps for loading, unloading and handling cryogenic gases

• Keep hazardous materials paperwork in line with DOT rules

• Maintain accurate logs, shipping papers and records per DOT and company standards

• Flag any trucks needing repair or maintenance

• Work well with customers and coworkers to meet business needs

Pay

OTR drivers with this company average $145k per year. Pay is direct deposited weekly.

Schedule and home time

You'll work a 30/5 schedule with consecutive days off in a row.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of tractor trailer experience, or 2 years of tanker experience

• Cryogenic hauling experience is required

• Must be able to obtain a TWIC card

• Able to cross into Canada when the job calls for it

• Willing to drive a sleeper truck

• High school diploma or GED
