CDL-A OTR Solo/Team Truck Driver — No Driver-Facing Cameras

Our company, a family owned carrier with 26 years in business, is looking for CDL-A OTR truck drivers for solo or team runs. You'll haul LTL freight on appointed deliveries, running steady lanes with the same dispatcher every time, and your cab won't have a driver-facing camera.

Pay

• Wage range listed at $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week, with realistic weekly earnings of $2,000 or more

• Top earners bring home over $100,000 a year as W2 company drivers

• Solo drivers are paid $0.62 - $0.67 per mile; team drivers earn $1 per mile

• All miles are paid, including empty and loaded, with an effective rate of up to 80 CPM once accessorial pay and bonuses are added

• You'll get $15.00 per drop and $35.00 per pickup

• A $400 monthly mileage bonus is available

• Clean DOT inspections pay extra: $100 for Level 1, $75 for Level 2, and $50 for Level 3

• $80.00 per diem is paid out as non-taxable income

• Orientation pays $500 and is held at the New Jersey terminal

• Refer a new hire and earn a $5,000 bonus, paid out as $1,000 after 30 days, $1,000 after 90 days, and $3,000 after 6 months

What you'll haul

• LTL freight with all deliveries scheduled by appointment

• Expect 2,000 to 2,500 miles weekly

• You'll drive newer trucks - Kenworth T-680, Volvo VNL-860, or Peterbilt 579

Schedule

• Orientation classes run weekly

Requirements

• Minimum age 23

• At least 6 months of Class A driving experience

• Hazmat endorsement and a Tanker endorsement (needed for totes, not trailers)
