CDL-A OTR Solo/Team Driver — Earn $2,000+ Weekly, No Driver-Facing Cameras

Our company, a family-owned company with 26 years in business, is hiring CDL-A over-the-road drivers, solo or team, out of its New Jersey terminal. The runs are steady LTL deliveries, all appointed, and there are no driver-facing cameras in the trucks.

Pay

• Wage range of 1800 - 2200 per week; the company says drivers can earn in excess of $2000 weekly, and top W2 drivers make $100,000 or more a year.

• Solo drivers get $.62 - .67 per mile. Team drivers get $1 per mile.

• Effective rate of up to 80 CPM once accessorial pay and bonuses are counted.

• All practical miles are paid, loaded and empty. Expect 2000 - 2500 miles per week.

• $15.00 per drop and $35.00 per pick-up.

• Per diem of $80.00, paid as non-taxable income.

Bonuses

• $400 monthly mileage bonus.

• Clean DOT inspection bonuses: $100 for Level 1, $75 for Level 2 and $50 for Level 3.

• $5000 referral bonus for bringing in new hires, paid out as $1k after 30 days, $1K after 90 days and $3k after 6 months.

• $500 paid orientation at the New Jersey terminal. Orientations run weekly.

Equipment and work

• Late model trucks: Kenworth T-680, Volvo VNL-860 and Peterbilt 579.

• LTL freight with appointed deliveries.

• You work with the same dispatchers on every assignment.

Requirements

• At least 23 years old.

• A minimum of 6 months of Class A driving experience.

• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (the tanker work is for totes, not trailers).
