About this job
Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for an OTR rental lease program with newer equipment and dispatch support. You keep 88% of the load gross, with a weekly flat expense covering your truck and insurance costs.
Pay & Bonuses
- You earn 88% of the load gross
- Drivers typically take home between $2,000 and $2,500 a week
- Safety and performance bonuses of up to $1,000 are available
- Refer a driver and get a $500 bonus
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
Weekly Costs
- A flat $1,900 per week covers your truck rental, dry van trailer, physical damage coverage, liability, cargo and occupational insurance, your ELD fee, Logix fee, and the direct deposit fee
Equipment & Freight
- Trucks are 2020 or newer, including Volvo, Freightliner, International, Peterbilt, and Kenworth models
- Both dry van and flatbed freight are available
- 99% of freight is no-touch
- No forced dispatch, with round-the-clock road support and clear communication from dispatch
Requirements
- At least 1 year of CDL-A experience
- Prior OTR experience required
- Strong communication skills and a clean driving record
