CDL-A OTR/Regional Truck Driver — Home Every 10-14 Days, $3000 Sign-On

Our company is looking for an OTR/regional CDL-A driver to run a mix of multi-stop and full truckload freight out of their Florence, NJ distribution center, covering points east of I-35. Expect no forced dispatch and a home-time cycle of every 10-14 days.

Pay

• Wage range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year; drivers average $110,000 annually

• Extra $0.10 per mile placard pay on loads requiring Hazmat placards

• Paid weekly as a W2 employee

• $3000 sign-on bonus, paid out in $1,000 installments at 30, 60 and 90 days

What you'll haul

• Multi-stop loads mixing refrigerated, dry and some Hazmat freight

• Full truckload runs alongside the multi-stop work

Home time

• Home every 10-14 days

• No forced dispatch

Equipment

• Kenworth T680s and Freightliners, automatic transmissions

• APU, fridge, DirecTV, Sirius XM radio and microwave on board

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements

• At least 23 years old

• 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• No more than 2 moving violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years

• Must clear a DOT physical and drug test

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-facing attitude

• Able to meet all federal, state, local and company requirements

• $2,000 referral bonus when a driver you refer completes 30 days on the job
