CDL-A OTR/Regional Truck Driver — $1,200/Week Guaranteed Pay

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for OTR and Regional runs out of Grand Rapids, MI, with options for experienced drivers, recent CDL grads, and in-cab instructors. Freight is 98% no-touch, and you can bring a pet or rider along.

Pay

• Experienced OTR drivers: $1,485-$1,920 per week ($77,000-$100,000 annually)

• Experienced Home Weekly drivers: $1,320-$1,680 per week ($68,000-$87,000 annually)

• In-Cab Instructors: $1,750-$2,000 per week, plus $500 for every student who successfully completes training, plus a $3,500 sign-on bonus

• Recent CDL grads: $750 guaranteed per week while actively working, plus mileage pay (ask a recruiter for specifics)

• All qualified drivers with 6 months of experience get $1,200 guaranteed weekly pay for their first 8 weeks after orientation

• $2,500 referral bonus with no limit on how many you can earn

• Orientation is paid, including your stay and travel to get there

• Tuition reimbursement and paid training available for recent grads

Home time

• OTR: stay out 2-3 weeks running 2,700-3,000 miles

• Home Weekly: minimum 34-hour reset

• Recent grads: home 2-3 days every 2-3 weeks

What you'll haul

Freight is 98% no-touch. Assigned tractors and take-home trucks are available within certain criteria.

In-Cab Instructor role

Instructors train new CDL-A drivers with under six months of experience, run refresher courses for experienced drivers, and handle remedial training for drivers on development plans. You'll share a truck with your trainee for the length of the training and drive new 2026 Freightliner equipment. Hiring locations include Amherst, WI; Auburn, ME; Sumter, SC; Des Moines, IA; and Kutztown, PA.

Recent CDL grad path

After getting your license, you'll spend 3 days in orientation, 5 days in classroom and training terminal time, and up to 6 weeks of paid in-cab training with an experienced driver (a fast-track option of 2 weeks is available based on evaluation). You'll get your own truck once training wraps up.

Requirements

• Active Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• No recent safety-related terminations

• Experienced drivers: 6 months of experience within the last 12 months

• In-Cab Instructors: 3 years of verifiable, accident-free Class A commercial vehicle experience in interstate commerce

• Recent grads: graduated from CDL school within the last 90 days
