About this job
Our company is looking for Class A drivers for regional and OTR routes out of Chicago, IL. Freight is predictable, pay is guaranteed, and you get flexible time at home. Drivers who are cleared at Step 5 (Return-to-Duty) of the DOT SAP Clearinghouse process are welcome to apply.
Pay
- $0.45 to $0.65 per mile, based on your experience
- $1,000 weekly guarantee as a safety net, though most drivers earn more than that
- $100 per day when you're held up on a layover
- Paid as a W2 employee
Home time
- Choose a rotation of 2, 3, or 4 weeks on the road followed by 2, 3, or 4 days at home
- You keep your truck with you during your time off
- Riders are allowed from your very first day
What you'll haul
- All freight is no-touch
- About 70% of loads are drop-and-hook
Requirements
- At least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience with a Class A CDL
- Valid Class A CDL
- Drivers at Step 5 (RTD) of the DOT SAP Clearinghouse process are eligible to apply
