AM Home Delivery & Trucking is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to run dedicated, OTR, long-haul, or semi-regional lanes, with the exact mix depending on where you live and current freight needs. Freight moves between distribution centers and is 100% no-touch.
Pay
- $1,800 to $2,200 per week, based on experience and route
- Paid out weekly every Friday
Home time
- Varies by route and location
- OTR and long-haul runs typically keep you out at least 2 weeks at a stretch
- Regional and dedicated schedules can bring more frequent home time
What you'll haul
- Distribution center to distribution center freight through the company's own network
- Steady, no-touch loads
What you'll do
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer
- Run freight between distribution centers
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logs
- Communicate regularly with dispatch
- Follow DOT and company safety policies
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT medical card
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5
- Clean driving record
- Must clear a background check and DOT drug screen
- SAP drivers are not accepted
