CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver — Guaranteed $1,000/Week First 90 Days

Swift Transportation's Memphis, TN terminal is hiring OTR refrigerated drivers out of Johnson City, TN. You'll run coast-to-coast with a mix of load options.

Pay

• Paychecks come weekly

• A monthly performance bonus is available

• Top 25% of OTR drivers at the Memphis terminal average $1200 weekly

• Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR company drivers get a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving (terms and conditions apply; ask a recruiter for full program details)

Home time

• Home time is monthly

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated freight, with runs across the country and access to a network of over 30 terminals in 25 states

Schedule

• You may be asked to work on some holidays

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A license

• Strong backing skills

• No DUI in the past 10 years for CDL-A holders, or past 5 years for non-CDL-A holders

• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screening, with no drug-related conviction in the last 5 years and no illegal drug use or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years for CDL-A/CLP holders
