CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver — 50/50 Split, Average Up to $4,000/Week

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A OTR drivers to run temperature-controlled freight across the country. This role suits drivers who are comfortable with percentage-based pay and want steady miles, clear weekly settlements, and dispatch that doesn't force loads on you.

Pay

• You're paid on a 50/50 net split, with weekly earnings averaging up to $4,000

• Base pay range listed is $2,000.00 to $4,000.00 per week

• A sample week shows gross revenue of up to $10,000-$15,000, though your actual take depends on miles run, fuel costs, and the lanes you're assigned

• No forced dispatch and no hidden surprises when it comes to your settlement

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated and dry van freight, running nationwide

• Equipment is kept in good working condition

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 6 months of OTR driving experience; time spent hauling reefer loads is a plus

• A clean record on both your MVR and PSP

• Must clear a DOT drug test and background screening

• Comfortable managing reefer units and temperature settings

• Willing and able to stay out on the road for OTR runs

• Safety-minded, reliable, and professional on the job
