CDL-A OTR Owner-Operator Driver — No Forced Dispatch

Our company Inc, a family-owned dry van carrier, is looking for experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for a 1099 independent contractor role. You run company trucks, so there's no truck payment or maintenance cost to you, and dispatch is reachable and responsive.

Pay

• Pick your pay setup: $0.75-$0.80 per mile (based on experience) or 30% of the load's gross

• At 4,000+ miles per week, that works out to $3,000-$3,200 weekly on the per-mile rate

• Direct deposit every Friday

• Detention pay kicks in after 2 hours, plus layover pay

• $2,000 sign-on bonus, split into $1,000 at 30 days and $1,000 at 90 days

Home time

• Out 3-4 weeks, home for 3-4 days

• No forced dispatch - you review each load before accepting it

Equipment

• Late-model automatic Freightliners, 2022-2026

• All maintenance covered by the company, never taken out of your pay

• EZ Pass, PrePass and a fuel card provided, so tolls and scales are covered

Support

• Dispatch available 24/7, answered by real people, not a call center

• Orientation is paid

• Pets and riders are welcome

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience

• Clean driving record and a current DOT medical card

• Must pass a DOT drug test

• Open to drivers in every state except California
