CDL-A OTR Owner-Operator Driver — $3,000+/Week Guaranteed

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers to run OTR dry van freight as independent contractors (1099). You'll get guaranteed weekly pay, flexible home time, and support from a dispatch team that's available around the clock.

Pay

• 75 CPM for loaded and empty miles, 85 CPM for team drivers

• Solo drivers are guaranteed at least $3,000 per week; teams are guaranteed at least $6,000 per week

• Guaranteed 4,000-5,000 miles weekly

• Weekly pay guarantee of $3,000 holds even through breakdowns, layovers, detention time or gaps between loads

• Posted pay range: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per week

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a company driver role

What you'll haul

• Dry van, general freight

• Mix of long and short-haul lanes

Home time

• Flexible scheduling built around your life

• Typical rotation is 4 weeks out, then 4-5 days home

Equipment

• Late-model trucks (2025-2027 Volvo 860 and Freightliner units) from a fleet of over 100 active trucks

• Trucks come fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, mattress, APU and inverters

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience

• Capable of running 700+ miles per day

• Able to commit to 4 straight weeks on the road with 4-5 days home afterward
