CDL-A OTR Owner-Operator — Average $3,000–$3,500 Weekly

Our company is looking for CDL-A owner-operators for OTR runs, operating as a 1099 contractor under CT Transportation's authority. Freight is steady year-round, and pay lands around $3,000–$3,500 a week.

Pay

• Average $0.70–$0.80 per mile

• Typical week covers 4,000–4,300 miles, putting earnings around $3,000–$3,500

• Every mile counts toward pay, deadhead included

• Extra pay when you're held up for detention or layover

• Payday is every Friday

Home time

• Plan on 2–4 weeks on the road followed by 3–5 days home

• You can choose where you reset

What you'll haul

• Loads are almost entirely drop and hook, no touch freight (99%)

• Freight types include Dry Van, Reefer, Hazmat, and Flatbed

• Runs include Amazon, UPS, and other contracted accounts

• Lanes stay consistent throughout the year

Equipment

• Trucks are 2022–2026 model Freightliner, Volvo, or Kenworth

• Each comes with an APU, a premium mattress, and a microwave

• Top speed is governed at 70–75 MPH

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL

• At least 12 months of OTR driving experience

• No major violations on your driving record for the past 3 years

• SAP drivers will not be considered

• Must clear a DOT physical and drug screening
