About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers for a lease-to-purchase program, with dry van, reefer and flatbed freight available. This is a contract (1099) position, not company employment.
Pay
- You keep 80% of the gross on every load
- Direct deposit every week
- Drivers report netting around $3,000 weekly after expenses
- $10,000 sign-up bonus, or you can choose no truck buyout payment instead
Lease-to-purchase details
- After 1 year on the program, the truck is yours, plus the sign-on bonus
- Truck payment plans: about $550 per week over 1 year, or as low as $300 per week over 2 years, both with a maintenance plan included
- Trailer rental runs 5% of your gross
- Fuel card discount of more than 0.40 CPG
- Cargo and liability coverage provided at no cost
- Bobtail and physical damage insurance, EZ Pass, dash camera, tablet and base plate are all included free
- Equipment is kept in good, maintained condition
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum age 23
- At least 1 year of verifiable OTR experience with a truck and trailer
- Clean driving record with no accidents in the last 3 years
- No DUI within the last 5 years
- Able to communicate in English
