About this job
Our company is offering a lease-to-purchase opportunity for CDL-A OTR drivers running dry van, reefer, and flatbed freight. You'd operate as a 1099 contractor, keeping 80% of the gross, with a path to owning your truck after a year on the program.
Pay and bonuses
- Keep 80% of the gross on every load
- $10,000 sign-up bonus, or choose no truck buyout payment instead
- Weekly direct deposit
- Fuel card discount of more than $0.40 per gallon
Lease-to-purchase details
- After 1 year, the truck is yours, plus the sign-on bonus
- 1-year payment plan: about $550 per week plus a maintenance plan
- 2-year payment plan: as low as $300 per week plus a maintenance plan
- Trailer rental runs 5% of your gross
- Equipment is well maintained

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum age 23
- At least 1 year of verifiable OTR experience with truck and trailer
- Clean driving record with no accidents in the past 3 years
- No DUI within the last 5 years
- Able to communicate in English
