About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A owner-operators out of Chicago, IL for an OTR lease-to-purchase opportunity. You'll run dry van, reefer, or flatbed freight as a 1099 contractor, keeping 80% of the gross.
Pay and bonuses
- Keep 80% of the gross on every load
- $10,000 sign-up bonus, or skip the truck buyout instead
- Drivers report taking home around $3,000 net per week
- Weekly direct deposit
Lease-to-purchase terms
- Own your truck after 1 year, plus the sign-on bonus
- 1-year payment plan: about $550 per week plus a maintenance plan
- 2-year payment plan: as low as $300 per week plus a maintenance plan
- Trailer rental costs 5% of your gross
- Equipment is kept in good, well-maintained condition

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 23 years old
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience with truck and trailer
- Clean driving record with no accidents in the past 3 years
- No DUI within the last 5 years
- Must speak English
