CDL-A OTR Household Goods Driver — Clear $4,500+/Week After Expenses

Our company has been moving households across the country since 2004, dispatching out of Hackensack, NJ for moving companies nationwide. We're looking for Class A drivers, solo or team, for consistent long-distance runs all year.

What you'll haul

You'll run a company tractor-trailer on trips lasting 2-3 weeks, hauling household goods for moving-company customers. This is hands-on work, not no-touch freight. At each stop you're responsible for loading or unloading, moving furniture, navigating stairs and long carries, and hiring and paying any helpers you need.

Pay

You're paid a percentage of line haul, plus extras like stairs, long carry and tips. Right now our drivers are clearing $4,500 a week after covering their labor costs. Some drivers top $200,000 in gross earnings this year. Base pay runs $4,500.00 to $5,000.00 per week, and your total depends on how much time you put in on the road.

Home time

Runs last 2-3 weeks, with flexible time off in between. Over half of our drivers are based outside New Jersey, and we plan routes around your home location.

Requirements

• Class A CDL and a current DOT medical card

• Moving industry background helpful, but we'll train the right attitude

• No DUI, license suspension, or Clearinghouse violation in the last 5 years, and a clean background check

• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly, handle stairs and long carries, and work beyond 8-hour days

• Company trucks only - we don't work with owner-operators
