Pay

• Sign-on bonus of $3,000 for drivers with 6+ months of Glass OTR experience

• Top earners make $105,000+ per year

• Experienced drivers typically earn $85,000-$100,000+ annually

• Average weekly pay runs $1,550-$1,900

• Starting pay is between $.69 and $.745 per mile

• 89% of freight is pre-loaded

• $1,000 paid for Pre-Employment Evaluation (PRE)

Home time and miles

• Home every 12-14 days

• Average 2,000-2,300 miles per week

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of OTR flatbed experience

• Minimum age 21

• Must reside within the company's hiring area
