CDL-A OTR Food Delivery Driver — $95,000 Annual Target Pay

Join our company delivering well-known snack brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to grocery stores and other retail locations around Williamsport, PA. You'll run a 5-days-on rolling schedule, handling up to 7 days and 50 hours or 5 dispatches, with shifts starting anywhere between 1:00 AM and 11:00 AM and ending between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Pay

• Target annual pay of $95,000

What you'll haul

• Snack and food products delivered to large grocery stores, Frito-Lay plants, rural storage sites, and other distribution points

• Loading and unloading duties that can involve manual handling, palletized freight, a hand truck, and lifting items overhead

Schedule

• Rolling 5-day workweeks within a 7-day window, capped at 50 hours or 5 dispatches

• Shifts may begin between 1:00 AM and 11:00 AM and end between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM

• Weekend and holiday work required

• Up to 14-hour workdays, including as much as 11 hours of driving

What you'll do

• Drive a tractor-trailer safely between delivery points under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

• Load and unload trailers by hand, including palletized goods and overhead lifting

• Get delivery signatures, process returns, and keep accurate logs, invoices, and manifests

• Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections and log your hours on an electronic device such as a tablet or onboard computer

• Stay in contact with dispatch, sales drivers, and customers during your shift

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license

• A minimum of 100,000 accident-free miles driven, or over 2,500 accident-free hours

• Able to work weekends and holidays

• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move loads of 15 to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation

• Able to stand and walk for long stretches, and sit for up to 5 hours a day, with or without accommodation

• Able to work up to 14-hour days and drive up to 11 hours daily, with or without accommodation
