CDL-A OTR Flatbed Truck Driver — $65,000–$95,000/Year

Our company is looking for an OTR flatbed driver in Texas to run long-haul routes with dedicated lanes out of Fresno and Wichita Falls. Expect 4 weeks on the road followed by 4 days home, with 2 scheduled days off each month.

Pay

• Earn $0.61 to $0.73 per mile, with annual pay ranging from $65,000 to $95,000

• Run over 10,000 miles a month and get an extra $0.20 per mile

• Paid every two weeks

Bonuses

• $100 per load for live loads

• $50 tarp pay

• $0.02 per mile bonus once Canada-qualified, plus a $75 bonus each time you cross into Canada

• Performance bonus of an extra $0.04 per mile

• $150 layover pay

• Detention pay of $30 per hour after the first 3 hours

• $2,000 bonus for referring another driver

Home time

• Flexible scheduling built around 34-hour restarts and 10-hour home breaks whenever possible

What you'll haul

• Specialized flatbed freight, with pay for loading and tarping included

• Consistent miles and access to dedicated lanes

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of OTR driving experience

• No DUI or felony convictions in the past 5 years

• Able to handle long-haul OTR trips of 4 or more weeks at a time
