About this job
A Michigan-based fleet owner is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver to run OTR dry van freight out of the Grandville, MI area. You'll run power-only, mostly drop and hook, in a newer model International sleeper truck.
Pay
You're paid weekly as a 1099 contractor, earning 30% of gross revenue. Weekly earning potential is $2,500-$3,500, depending on freight and revenue generated.
Equipment
The truck is a newer model International sleeper, equipped with an APU, power inverter, microwave, TV and a comfortable sleeper. Freight is consistent, and you're expected to take good care of the equipment.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A
- At least 2 years of CDL driving experience
- At least 1 year of OTR experience
- Clean driving record and license
- Reliable, dependable and a strong communicator
