CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver — Home Bi-Weekly, Dedicated Lane

Swift Transportation is looking for a CDL-A driver to run a dedicated dry van account out of Denver, CO, hauling consistent, predictable freight for a big box customer in the Central US. You'll be home every other week, and new drivers are welcome to train.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,600

• $15 stop pay

• Driver performance bonus

• Trip pay calculated on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.50 cpm depending on route and experience

• Wage range listed at $0.50 to $0.50 per mile

• Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR company drivers get a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week for their first 90 days of solo driving (terms and conditions apply - ask a recruiter for details)

• Vacation pay starts at $800 after one year on the job

• Home bi-weekly

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight on a dedicated lane for a big box customer, with steady, predictable loads

• Night driving is part of the job

• New fuel network access and free showers along your route

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, minimum age 21

• Strong backing skills

• No DUI in the past 10 years for CDL-A holders (5 years for non-CDL-A)

• No more than one on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in that time, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening, with no drug-related conviction in the last 5 years and no illegal drug use or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years for CDL-A/CLP holders
