CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver — $3,000+/Week, SAP Friendly

Our company is looking for experienced OTR dry van drivers to run dedicated lanes on a 1099 basis. This is an SAP-friendly opening with weekly pay and several bonus programs.

Pay

• Weekly pay starting around $3,000+ for driving about 3,700 miles

• $2,000 sign-on bonus

• $200 weekly bonus plus $300-$600 monthly bonus tied to GPS-tracked miles

• $300 bonus for averaging 8.0+ MPG

• Safety bonus tiers: Level 1 pays $500, Level 2 pays $300, Level 3 pays $200

• Detention and layover pay included

• Direct deposit, paid weekly, 1099 status

Home time

• Typical rotation is 3 weeks out followed by 3 days home

What you'll haul

• Dry van, no-touch freight, mostly drop and hook

• Pre-planned dispatch with dedicated lanes: WI-CA, CA-MS, MS-WI, IN-TX, and MO-GA

• Priority on westbound runs through TX, IA, UT, AR, and AL; the Northeast and New York are off limits

• Main operating states include MN, IL, WI, OH, MI, IN, MS, PA, MO, KS, OK, CO, CA, and AZ, NV

Equipment

• 2023, 2024, and 2026 Kenworth T680 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, automatic transmission only

• Trucks come with a bunk heater, APU, power inverter, fridge, microwave, premium bed, and deer guard

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Class A CDL experience

• Must be able to average at least 3,500 miles per week, within a 3,000-5,000 mile range

• Reliable, professional attitude and strong work ethic
