About this job
Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for its dedicated over-the-road dry van fleet, with flatbed, regional, team and owner-operator openings as well. The company has been running for 23 years and operates more than 500 late-model trucks, mostly Peterbilt 579s.
Pay
- Dry Van Solo OTR (W2): base of 0.65 CPM, plus 0.10 CPM for safety and productivity, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
- Dry Van Solo Regional (W2): base of 0.70 CPM, plus 0.10 CPM for safety and productivity, weekly home time and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
- Flatbed Solo OTR (W2): base of 0.70 CPM, plus 0.10 CPM if you run 11K+ miles a month, plus load pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
- Dry Van Teams OTR (W2): 82-87 CPM split between the team, covering base pay and bonuses, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Hazmat/Doubles Teams OTR (W2): 82-89 CPM split between the team, covering base, hazmat/doubles pay and bonuses, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Owner Operator OTR: 75% of the load, with a fuel discount program available.
- Bonuses apply once 95% service is achieved.
Equipment
- Trucks are model years 2024-2027, about 90% Peterbilt 579s, with some Cascadias and Internationals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of valid CDL-A driving experience.
